Based on the Sanskrit epic poem chronicling the journey of the ancient Indian prince Rama and his quest to rescue his wife Sita from the clutches of the ogre-king Ravana, Gamelan Tunas Mekar presents Sendratari Ramayana, a Balinese dance-drama.
